e-skills UK partners with Microsoft to bring apprenticeships to small businesses

The Microsoft Partner Apprenticeship was designed for, and developed with, Microsoft’s network of partner companies to improve the capability of the partner network and add a stream of new IT recruits into the sector. The programme is particularly aimed at small companies who have found it difficult to recruit appropriately trained staff or apprentices in the past.

The concept focuses on small businesses clustering together in regional areas to benefit from collective recruitment and purchasing power.
