BTID is the c£2.0B division of BT that designs and builds the networks and IT systems and processes that are at the heart of BT's products and services to its customers. It is a part of BT that is going through a major transformation in its own ways of working and the skills needed as traditional technologies are converging in a software based world and the competitor landscape is rapidly changing. The skills transformation agenda she leads is fundamental to aligning the workforce to this changing marketplace and encompasses the development of social learning strategies to meet the demands of the latest technologies.

Jennifer was previously Senior Director of Internal and Partner Training at Oracle EMEA and has a wealth of experience in the IT world.
