The Apprentices

Age group

• The majority of Apprentices will be 16-18.

• All Apprentices will have at least 5 GCSEs (A*-C) including maths and English. Many will have additional qualifications.

Background

• Typically, applicants for apprenticeships are beginning their career now, rather than pursuing further education.

• When recruiting Apprentices, we are looking for:
  • a passion for IT
  • the right aptitude for the role
    • .NET Developer Apprentice-   strong at logical reasoning,
    • Technical Support Apprentice –more  people focussed,
    • Technical Sales Apprentice - more outgoing.
