Supporting IT and information assurance professionals working in cyber security

Add to cart button

We’re working with employers of IT and Information Assurance (IA) professionals, government and key stakeholders in the cyber security space. With their input, we’ll make sure that the UK gets the vital IT and IA professional skills and training it needs to make the UK the safest place to do business online.

We will:

  • Create a new Cyber Security Advisory Group of leading IT security and IA professionals to ensure that the learning offered by us is needed and valued by employers
  • Share qualifications and courses identified by EURIM as being useful to support cyber security IT and IA professionals with our Training Quality Panel for their approval
  • Include the qualifications and courses that are approved by the Training Quality Panel in our online course search facility and keep this list up-to-date
  • Identify any training gaps and decide whether new learning should be developed

We are also keen to hear from employers who would like to take part in research interviews about industry needs.

If you are interested in getting involved, please email Nigel Payne Nigel.Payne@e-skills.com

These actions were agreed as a result of a meeting hosted by the Rt. Hon.  David Blunkett MP and supported by EURIM. EURIM is the Information Society Alliance
