The development of the IT Professional Standards was undertaken by e-skills UK Sector Skills Council Limited (e-skills UK) under authority from the UK Government as the relevant Sector Skills Council and standards setting organisation for the IT Industry. All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the IT Professional Standards is and remains vested in e-skills UK.

Alignment to SFIA

The IT Professional Standards are presented here aligned to the most appropriate individual SFIA skill.The IT Professional Standards have been developed to correspond with SFIA levels 2 to 6. Please note that, in some cases, the IT Professional Standards describe a wider range of levels than SFIA.
