Terms and Conditions

The Subscription promotion is open to all existing individual Subscribers to the National Skills Academy for IT who have submitted their email address upon completion of the survey.

The promotion is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) or any third parties associated with e-skills UK or The National Skills Academy for IT. You must not be an employee, an agent or a director of e-skills UK or The National Skills Academy for IT, its associated companies or subsidiaries or any member of any such person's family. e-skills UK and The National Skills Academy for IT have the right to verify the eligibility of applications.

Vouchers will only be issued to the existing Subscriber.

Any decision by the National Skills Academy for IT in connection with these terms and conditions is final.

All entries must be received by 23.59 on 27 May  2012. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible to participate in the draw. 

It is a condition of participation that these terms and conditions of the draw are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into.

The winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. The winners will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize within ten working days of notification. In the event of a winner not providing such confirmation or should a winner not be contactable, The National Skills Academy reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The prize is a £25 Amazon voucher for 4 winners. 

By participating in the promotion, Subscribers consent to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for their name and county to be used for publicity purposes by The National Skills Academy for IT in printed and/or online formats. Information collected as a result of participation in the draw will be used exclusively by e-skills UK and The National Skills Academy for IT to continue communications about products and services.

The Amazon vouchers must be accepted as offered, are subject to availability, are not transferable, nor refundable.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, The National Skills Academy for IT reserves the right to offer alternative vouchers of equal or greater value.

The National Skills Academy for IT will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

We will process any personal data we receive from you in connection with this promotion in accordance with our privacy policy.

The National Skills Academy for IT reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the promotion without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond their control that make it necessary to do so.
