About Global Knowledge
Global Knowledge provides IT and business skills learning across the UK. Its training is focused on Cisco, Juniper, Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, Avaya and best practice. This includes ITIL® and PRINCE2® which is tied into business process improvement, project management, business analysis and leadership development.
Flexible and tailored learning programmes incorporate e-learning, instructor-led, virtual delivery, mentored and collaborative learning at training centres, on-site and online, enabling individuals to choose when, where and how they want to receive training programmes and learning services.
Founded in 1995, Global Knowledge employs more than 1,300 people worldwide. The company is owned by New York-based investment firm MidOcean Partners.

Its global strength has the ability to stay ahead of technology developments. Through a nationwide network of dedicated training centres, Global Knowledge provide a flexible, value for money service. All of its training centres are equipped to the highest standards and have continuous refurbishment to ensure our delegates are comfortable and at ease for the duration of their course. UK training centres are located in Birmingham, Leeds, London (Old Broad Street and Russell Square), and Wokingham.

To help learners progress in their career, Global Knowledge provide a number of complimentary online resources including bitesize audio and video clips, access to delegate portals, demonstrations, online books, a PDF library, podcasts and webinars. The online repository features content from our courses, updates on certifications and has discussions on industry topics and trends.
Delegate portals underpin and ‘enable’ learning programmes, whilst creating a community of learners. The learning portals provide an environment that is simple to understand and use, and has online collaboration tools, including forums, chat rooms, Ask the Expert and polling. Delegates also have access to additional tools and resources as part of Global Knowledge’s Xtra portfolio, covering CCNA, CCNP, CCNP Voice, Project Management and VMware.
